tQuest Essential Maintenance

Published: 1st April 2022

On Saturday 2 April Viapath will be carrying out essential maintenance to the tQuest server.

The maintenance work will take place from 9pm until 12am (a period of three hours) and the tQuest system will be unavailable throughout this time. As previously communicated, this work is part of a programme of maintenance that is due to take place at the same time on the first Saturday of every month

This will affect services in South East London which use tQuest for tests destined for the KCH Denmark Hill labs (including those in Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham, as well as some in Lambeth and Southwark). Please note you will not need to take any action in advance.

Thank you in advance for your patience while this work is undertaken.
