South East London Pathology Services:

tQuest

tQuest Reconfiguration Process

GPs will still use the tQuest system to order tests. However, practices have been required to follow some simple steps to enable IT compatibility with the Viapath tQuest system.

The Viapath tQuest system provides access to the same test list available to Southwark and Lambeth, enabling practices to easily request tests and then receive results electronically from Viapath laboratories.

Pilot testing of the Viapath tQuest system took place with volunteer practices across Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham. Thank you to those that took part.

Printer Issues

A small number of practices experienced issues with printer alignment during the early days post-transfer. The majority of these cases have now been resolved, with IT facilitators continuing to address any outstanding matters on a practice-by-practice basis.

Further Support

Any practice experiencing issues with tQuest should contact Viapath Pathology Support Services.
